Strange Forgery Chest Loot

Hi so recently I oppened a 7/7 forgery chest and got the usual items that we should get but I also got 2 new and strange things (at least for 1 of them). First I got a blood soup that gives you +8 kills to the chest count (maybe it is meant to be used in dungeons like CUC where you dont get a lot of kills), but I also got this strange item called "Forgery Chain Piece", do someone knows what it is used for ? can we sell it to a special npc ? do we need to get more so we can be awarded with a special item ? or is it just and trophy like the legendary medaillon ?

 

The Blood Soup(tm) was part of the most recent patch. I'm not quite sure what the chain piece would be?
