Build Dern Beast Build (based On How I Think It Looks)

Time to showcase another build!
This time, it's the Dern Beast, based on 3 things:

• Silent expanse's secret
• Orphion's design
• Ender Dragon

I based most of the design off of the 2 hands seen in Silent Expanse's secret. Here's a comparison of the hands on this build to the ones on the actual Dern Beast

Just realised I screwed up and missed 2 end rods damn it

Anyway..
As you probably know, the Eye is actually one of the Beast's eyes that it ripped out so that it could watch over the overworld. Because of this, I decided to include the detail that the beast is missing an eye.


I expected the hardest part to be the head, because I suck at heads. However, making the wings ended up being the hardest part. This is because I couldn't decide how they should look and how big they should be. Eventually I settled on purple clay for the main wings.

This angle allows me to mention the patterns on its side. This is supposed to mimic Orphion's yellow patterns that he has on his body, I don't know what they're actually supposed to be but it's just a detail I decided would be worth including. It looks nice though.

This just makes the tail visible. Don't mind the heliolux village in the background, I built this in the world I usually build Wynn things in

So yeah, that's all I really have to say. This is a quick build I made in less than an hour because I felt like it and I'd wanted to build this since December

 

i really like the idea of the dern beast being a dragon :o very cool!

 

I honestly hope they just retexture the ender dragon

I really, really don't, and I'm nearly 100% sure he won't be.

 

This looks very very cool, but the dragon's build could be made to look even better by making the wings far bigger, as they are puny on that dragon. Also, maybe make the snout a little longer, if you are up for suggestions.

It's actually Orphion's torso from the ultimate discovery cutscene, in the part where you see the parasite attacking him he has a different model where he has no colours
