Is The ??? Quest Worth It?

I am a solo player, and I'd rather not go through the trouble of finding a party and organize the quest.

So my question is: Is the quest worth it? I'm not trying to rush through the game, I prob won't really use the cosmic armor, I am halfway through lvl 81, so this quest would get me to 82 without grinding.

Also, if I decide to do it, what parts of the quest can I prepare alone? I already skimmed though the quest guide but I'm unsure on which parts I can solo. And is it enough to just stand on the pressure plates at the same time to continue to the solo part?

1) cosmic armour is great for dungeon/grind parties + xp + emeralds
2) depends on your group. Can be good or terrible
3) 3 players for the meteors, 4 for the puzzle. Only the last part can be soloed (but usually is not because meteor shards)

You can prepare at a meteor of your choosing, and you could gather the necessary items needed for Yahya's house, but other than that, none of it can be soloed. I personally enjoy it; it's a fun half an hour of gameplay, and the quest itself has always been interesting to me on a lore and technical standpoint. Also, Pandemonium requires ???, so I like having it done just because I like Pande. It's up to you, really, since cosmic isn't bad, but it's purely for grinding, and the quest is very puzzle orientated.

I would say run ??? as cosmic set is good for xp and it’s not like it gets easier when you reach level 100+

 

I've heard the map you pick up has to be from the same server you use it on. Is that still the case?

 

The map can be stored in the bank and retain its use after you switch servers / do /class. The only item that will break if you switch servers or classes now is the key for the end of the quest.

Also, I would recommend doing this quest. Level 80+ is when quests become more scarce / give low XP. Once you have the cosmic set you could run with a dungeon party until 105 and finish the quests at your own leisure (the dungeon party part doesn't take long)
