    Ok so first is this new? Second is it viable with Apoc builds? Also by viable I mean better than what's out right now.

    It's mainly useful in tierstack and cancelstack. On the subject of apocalypse I can't really say on account of it being...sub par

    Recalcitrance is very good. The only other reasonable +tier necklace is Diamond Static, which has a way higher req. Apoc on the other hand... sorry :(

    just be aware of the -hp, so use some items with good hp or hp bonus in the build
