Archer/Hunter Help Looking For Help On A Max Damage Grandmother Build

I've been trying to figure out the best way to max damage with the Grandmother.
My goal is to try and make a build with the most damage in a single regular (right click) shot.
The sub goal is trying to counter the negative health regen.. but I doubt that its possible while still maxing the single shot damage.

(I wanna snipe stuff!!!)
