I'm pretty new I just got level 41 I don't want to just constantly ask questions but one thing I cant do is make money I've heard of lootrunning but I'm not sure where to do that at my level and if I can make money any other way other than quest.

It's perfectly okay to ask questions, we were all new at some point and thankfully this community is really nice, never feel like you're bothering anyone, we're all willing to help out!

As for how to make money, at your level your best bet is to do quests. They give a really nice amount of XP, money and sometimes they give really powerful items. At your level, you shouldn't really be buying gear since you don't really need it and so you should only really have one big purchase to make which is a horse, for your first run I would stick to a black horse. You should know, some of the best weapons and armor for progression come from dungeons so you can save a lot of money by farming keys and running dungeons instead of paying raw emeralds, plus they give a ton of XP which will give you access to a lot of new quests. To fill in the gaps you should be fine with whatever odd armor pieces you find from mob drops.

If you really need money right now, and I mean really and only around your level (probably up to ~60), you can dive at the Seavale reef and get a couple LE an hour. I wouldn't recommend spending a long time doing it but it's kind of fun the first time so I would say it's worth doing once. People also recommend scrapping helmets and selling the scrap, you can do that too but it's really boring and tedious so I would advise against it unless you're into that sort of thing (no judgment).

As for lootrunning, generally you want to get to at least level 95ish before you start unless you know what you're doing and have a specific low level route in mind. Most items which have a high sell value are really high level (90+) and you can't get them until you're in the level range. Since leveling in Wynn is really fast if you're really experienced lower level gear doesn't tend to carry much value.
