Tokens In The Treasure Vault Part Not Spawning?

So I am doing galleon's graveyard dungeon and I am at the Treasure Vault part where you must get the 2 tokens. But whenever I get to the end, there are no tokens, but rarely, and i mean RARELY a token spawns, I have reached to the end over 20+ times and only one token even though the tokens are meant to be guraanted, anything I can do, pls tell

/class doesnt work, /kill will obv not work cuz it will end the dungeon, this also happened in my previous galleon's dungeon, so its not that this dungeon run is glitched or anything, pls help :D
