Realm Of Light I Bugged

Hi! My IGN is RealmDude. I just "finished" the quest "The Realm of Light: Part 1", which is the worm holes one, and I went to the NOTG raid lobby for a bit. I did not run any. I went to the lobby to go to world 12, and when I went into the black box to choose my class, it said "Give us a second! We need to save your info" or something along the lines of that. I went into the world and was just outside of the NOTG raid, when I tried to go in it teleported me back and said "Complete The Worm Holes first!" My quest book says I can start the quest, but when I go there Malo isn't there and I get tp'd back to outside of NOTG raid when going into the cave.

I have tried many things to fix it, including /class and going to a different lobby- I tried going down the same hole and it teleported me back. I used my mage weapon spell to go all the way down with teleport, and I went back to the place where it TPs you back to the raid. I tried that and Lari was not there, nor could I enter.
What I think happened is, I swapped worlds too fast- and the server saved a portion of my progress, or it somehow corrupted. Is there any known way to fix this?

TL;DR: I finished realm of light 1, swapped lobbies, and my data was corrupted or not saved somehow. Any fixes?

 

Once this happened to me and all I had to do was talk to Lari when she is standing near the raid entrance. If that doesn't work make a bug report

I am a bit confused as to what exactly happened to you so I was hoping you could help me figure it out!
So you completed the quest fully? Got the rewards and reward text and everything? You do this by talking to Lari outside the NOTG gate.
And you were inside the raid successfully too?

So when you left the server the quest reset its progress? Is it displaying as an available quest you can do in the book, or is it displayed as started or finished?

And finally, have you managed to find a fix to it from what the person above suggested?

 

1. I completed the quest fully.
2. I didn’t start a raid, but i was in the “lobby” for the raid for about 10 minutes.
3. I believe so; however i cannot restart the quest.
4. No I havr not solved this issue. Looking back, I think what happened was I switched lobbies too fast, and it corrupted the quest somehow.

 

I've had something similar happen but with a dungeon quest. There is no fix I can find I'm afraid, but maybe it will work on this instance. If not, then our only hope is that they add some way to set someone's quest status as complete.
