Broken Quest- Reclaiming The House

Hello, I am at the stage when I am meant to enter the castle so that I can cut the ropes to free the guards after getting covered in mud. However, I got the NPC dialogue but the gates won't open. Previously, I had managed to enter when another player opened it and completed all steps and the quest progressed but I killed the bosses multiple times and died when I ran out of pots but the quest didn't finish (the bosses kept respawning and then one glitched to where the rope is meant to be cut so I couldn't kill it). I have relogged and done /kill but it hasn't worked. This is my second day trying to do the quest but it still isn't working :( -Please help I hate not finishing quests.

 

Yes this is the same problem I run in... I have tried it 5 times but everytime I died and I spawned in iboju Village (near troms) and it sucks because you have to littarally spawn across the map from where the quest is...
