Qira Vouchers Gone To A Bug

So a lot of my damage and spell damage comes from the thunderous step (the thunder boots which u can get at the hive thunder merchant). A few days ago, i wanted to put some thunder powder on them, i open the powder master GUI i put in the powder, and right before i click the apply button, i get disconnected, out of nowhere. I login to find that both my powder AND the boots have disappeared. It wouldn't be that big of a problem unless u could only get 1 voucher in your entire class lifetime. Could, by anychance, someone from the moderation team, an admin or a developer give me a thunder voucher or the boots themselves? I have provided a screenshot in which you can see that i am yet to complete the earth division, since i have already completed the air and thunder one. (i still have the air voucher that one is ok). Also please don't tell me to get another class to level 80 and do it again, it would take a lot of time. I only have 1 profile btw so the screenshot can't be taken from anywhere exept my only one.
