Shaman/Skyseer Actually Viable Ambivalence + Panic Zealot Build?

Sooo is this build actually viable?
Granted you would need to get lucky with your Panic Zealot relik, but considering you can grind them out off the alter shouldn't be too difficult getting a decent roll.

Close to 100k EHP, main stat to focus on for the relik is near max -3rd spell cost, and its HP.

Man that require perfect stat on panic zealot but... I like it lol

 

I mostly made this build because im too broke to afford mythics. So I tried to not include mythic boots in the mix. Plus 4 mana aura with 6/4 mr isnt exactly that expensive. Not to mention with close to 100k EHP was the main point of the build
