you can use topaz or emerald, emerald probably cheaper
dragon's eye brace (if thats too annoying just get whatever bracelet you can)

lv 85 torrential tide
lv 87 morph amethyst
lv 93 third eye (optional)
lv ??? replace bow with something else
lv 100 full morph

 

isn't third eye lvl88?

 

It is a lvl. 88 item but to wear Third eye with Morph There aren't enough skill points at 88
