Archer/Hunter Lootrunning Build Questions N Stuff

1. I’ve heard the soft cap for loot quality is 40% or is it outdated
2. Is mana regen important when loot running as archer, or is walk speed more important
3. (Not really class builds) what would be a good place to loot run? Right now I’m level 89 and I’ll probably get to silent expanse in 2 weeks(first playthrough)
4. From what i have researched this is a good build (for 40% lq)

nighthawk
Diamond dust
Crafted leggings (17 lq bc poor)
Crafted boots (17 lq bc poor probably)
1 crafted accessory (to hit 40%)
Rest walk speed, maybe something like moon pool circlet if I run out of mana often
Maybe Scrooge to open chests

is this enough loot bonus

for lootbonus, usind ddust, the crafted pants and boots and readbeard's hand cannon is enough (scrooge has too high sp reqs)
between nighthawk and third eye is a matter of preference, but i think third eye is better becouse you get more mana regen when you have to fight
use gale's force to deal dmg and fow ws
use all crafted accs expept one or two to get ws or/and mana
good places to lootrun are se, rodoroc, sky islands, corkus and the canyon of the lost

 

tysm ill use third eye, ddust, lq leggings and boots
probably 2 kaze and loot quality necklace/bracelet

 

if you're doing SE you're better off with nighthawk, and taking mana pots

try and hit 150+ LB
