Transfer Rank To New Account

I haven't been able to get access to my Minecraft account for weeks now and after two support tickets Mojang doesn't seem to want to reply at all which makes me feel like I'll just have to buy another copy. My question is, would I be able to transfer my VIP rank to my new account from my old one? I have proof of purchase including PayPal and WynnCraft receipts.

 

If you have a receipt, yes.
Unfortunately you cannot transfer player data.

 

That's good news. And player data, as in, play time, stats etc.? Or things like characters, trails, pets etc.

 

You can't transfer items and such.
Anything bought from the store can be transferred using a receipt (to my knowledge)

 

Ah well I can always grind a bit to get my characters back so that isn't a big deal, I was just worried about all the paid for stuff disappearing forever. Thank you!
