Can't Search On The Trade Market

For some reason whenever I try to search things it always just says unknown market error occurred. I'm not really sure what to do.
(Btw I'm quite new so I might be doing something wrong but i have used the trade market before and it worked fine )

 

for me most of searches work but some of them does the same as yours or just nothing, so I'm not really sure what to do :/

 

I figured out that if i just use 2 or 3 letters out of the ones in it then that makes it work and u just have to skip over the other htongs that have that smaller combination of letters and fond what u want. So for example for steve, I would search eve and then look
