Memory Paranoia Is The Worst Quest I Have Ever Done.

I was doing the quest the first time when i got stuck in some cobwebs and died, then when i redid the quest, i couldn't find the door and had to /kill after 20 mins of looking for it. Then when i did it for the THIRD time, i died to the stupid boss bc i didn't have health potions and now i have to do it AGAIN.

 

Ok and what is the purpose of this thread? Except saying the quest is terrible.

Btw wiki exists

No offence, but idk f this is the quests fault. I understand that the quest could be made simpler and give you more directions, but there’s always the wiki to tell you where to go. I’m not sure how the quest is supposed to compensate for you not bringing enough health pots?

Personally, I’ve never had any problems with this quest.

Yeah, I recently did the quest. You just jump in a hole instead of fighting the boss.

 

The quest doesn't even have a boss...
What boss are you talking about? (The boss was removed by the way, in case you guys don't know.)
Frankly, sounds like you died to a normal mob because you didn't bring enough pots.

 

I haven't played the updated version, but there definitely used to be a fight with the corrupted Mr. Caritat. Honestly, I don't recall him being that hard of a boss though, just more hp and spells than average mobs in that level range.

 

yeah I think they removed the boss, the last time I played the quest was like a week and a half ago so I honestly can't remember, but I think you just leave...

1: Get good
2: wiki
3: get good

 

Controversial Opinion: If quest practicaly requires you to use wiki its really bad.

 

I think the Qira hive is bad, I didn't bring enough potions for the boss fights and died!
You're of course entitled to you're own opinion but just trashing on quests because things you, yes you yourself, could fix by just bringing more pots. I think it's disrespectful toward the GMs who made the quest to just say that the quest is bad without coming with constructive criticism.

 

I am an avid wiki user in the sense that I hate exploration (and also fun) but never had to go to the wiki for that quest
