Mage/Dark Wizard Qira Solo Build?

I'm getting shamed for not being able to solo Qira at level 98, which is fair to be honest. Does anyone have a Qira solo build? No hive master voucher items (everything else is fine), no factory, no LI, and 10 or so LE at most, which I know is a lot to ask, but morph + third eye + cascade doesn't deal enough damage before Qira regens, even with potions.

the problem is your wand
cascade has fast attack speed and damage is spread across all elements

for qira you want a single or dual element slow attack speed weapon
reason being she has high elemental defenses so you will get "walled"

so i would try using manablast

the damage might look low but it just works better against qira
