Envoy 2 Glitch

IK this isn't where bug reports go, but I'm hoping I can find a community solution before I have to go to that. Early on into the Envoy II quest, the Avos shaman who is supposed to create the bridge to the temple never appeared. At that point, I just shrugged and continued on as the quest updated without it, but then when I entered through the portal into the abandoned farm the robots were using as a cover, Maxie refused to spawn, and I couldn't enter the door because of this. I have /classed and switched servers, and went through the portal again, and the cutscene won't spawn. Is there anything I can do about this, or should I just bug report?

 

I remember running into a similar problem with this quest back when Corkus was released. The way I fixed it was by doing the trebuchet launch again and then proceeding with the quest as normal.

 

you can still go into the house another way, if you use your movement spells. Around the south side of the house should be a cage-ish structure with fence gates around it, make your way up there, and enter the house through the fence gates

 

I can't find it exactly, but I'll keep looking. Thanks for the advice.

EDIT: I found it, and was able to finish from there. Really thanks for the help.

If I remember correctly, the starting point was when the trebuchet failed to work, but the quest book updated as if I had been launched. Good to know.
