Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking For A Lvl 104 ~20k+ Meteors Build (mage)

Hello!!! I'm a LVL 104 mage looking for a ~20k+ meteors mage build, I have completed the "A hunters calling" quest, so if you want to include those armor pieces, that's fine. I only have around 20LE, so no mythics, please. and only crafteds on the trade market. Right now, I'm using morph. No LI, and qira is fine. sorry for all the restrictions :(

Tl;dr:
- ~20k+ meteors
- no mythics
- no crafteds
- qira is fine
- no LI
- 20LE budget
- Ornate armor (hunters calling armor) is fine

also - please include specific names of accessories/armor pieces ^-^ ty

actually I just wasted around 12LE on a perfect version of this and I have 1/4s MR. sry but that's a rly crappy build

 

you would get better builds without putting your main focus on having a high meteor dmg number.
you can be tanky, good sustain and still get decent meteors
spell cost is also important

dual wields nepta for water dmg and koh for heals

the build has 6mr so it's not even on me yet you blamed me. Besides that 20k meteors no mythics isn't actually good

true 20k meteor, with spammability (some). Mana is a bit low, if you get diamond LI accessories it will help the mana a lot
