   How rare are "rare drops" on wynndata? Like, i was trying to get the "bottled fairy" ingredient for quite a while killing fairies and didnt get a single one.
   I had 200% loot bonus, if that even helps.

   Bottled fairies are just incredibly rare. The rare drops depend on the mob.
