I Haven't Gained Any New Skill Points Since Leveling Up Many Times!

Just as the title says, each time that I have been leveling up past level 100, I haven't gained any skill points. The level up message in the chat says I have, but when I check my compass, nothing shows up. I am in need of skill points to wear better armor, but I'm not gaining any new ones, so you can see how this is an issue. What should I do?

The image shows that I had just leveled up, and yet no skill points. This has happened 5 different times, so I am missing 10 skill points.

 

You don’t gain skills points after level 101. The item system is balanced around 200 points
