Shaman/Skyseer Help Level 76 Shaman Build Recommendations

I am a Level 76 Shaman and I haven't severally worked on my build for quite a while. I appreciate any and all suggestions. I am down to switch out items that are better or completely work on a new build. I would say I have a 32 LE budget, but can go over if need be. I generally just spam my aura ability btw. Lol
