Mage/Dark Wizard Lunar Spine Build/usage?

Hey y'all, looking for a lunar spine build and guidance on its usage - with a problem.
1. I just hit level 92, should I wait? (I would STRONGLY prefer not too, I'm still using an ethereal and dealing 2-3k damage average, but I will if I absolutely have too.)

2. I have 30 or so LE - will this be an issue? (If a lunar spine build is viable for endgame, I am willing to dump all 30 or so LE into the build, assuming that's anywhere near enough.)

I am leveling up a new mage and ofc you just can't use a different wand after level 87
I didn't really make an optimized build imo
But it shouldn't be bad by any means it's lunar after all

You'll see people use this builder and not wynndata now if it doesn't work try removing the cookies and shift f5 the page (it has a link to a thread on top that has a list of stuff that might cause issues and fixes)

Wynndata is server sided unlike the new builder which is instant because it doesn't need a reply from the server for everything
