Mage/Dark Wizard Looking For Lvl 105 Mage Build

No Mythics
20~ LE Budget (but try to keep it low i have limited money xD)
Have fun making it :)
LI is allowed and so is Qira just making that speicified


I'm fine with anything (maybe a peaceful rest build i got one of those)
Let me know how to use the build xD im not the best at strategy
Also please keep up the mana regen to a bit high so i can do flying mage ( you dont have to if itll get me more dmg/ehp )
