   I want a good build that can dish out a ton of damage while having high speeds but not a glass cannon.
   
   So basically - High Damage - High Speed - Medium Health

   you want high attack speed? or high walk speed?
   you can use some kind of tierstack or cancelstack for the first option or heavy melee with ws for the second
