Blood Moon Helmet

So i kinda want to use the blood moon helmet (i can't put a link bc im not at 10 posts yet), and it says in unobtainable, altough i could swear i got 2 of them 2 weeks ago(ofc i salvaged them bc im stuped). Is it really unobtainable, and if so, when did this change happen?

 

according to Wynndata, it does say it's unobtainable, however, since 1.20 many previously unobtainable items have been made to be only obtainable by completing dungeons (e.g, Gale's sight). i'm not sure if blood moon is now a dungeon drop, but maybe if you complete corrupted dungeons a couple of times and an unidentified helmet drops from the sky, it's possible that it might be a blood moon.
