Any Class Help Which Uniques And Rares Are The Most Viable For Builds?

What I mean by that are items that are comparable to some Legendaries and are pretty good for some build aid, like the Sparkling Plate (For Life Steal Builds I think), Atlas (Heavy Melee), and the Wybel Paw (Speed as a Secondary).

Also no Normals because they will always be bad.

Moon Pool Circlet (mr), Yang (spell), Medeis (i don't know if 1.20 nerfed it), Sizzling Shawl (wf spell), Cumulonimbus(twa spell), Chef Hamsey's Apron (mr), Starglass (wfa spell), Soulflare (wf mr), Stillwater Blue, detective's ring (might be worse than yang), adrenaline(wf spell), brainwash, shaggy boots? there is probably more stuff that i don't know about

unique or rare armors are usually more meta than legendaries but it depends
