clearsight spectacles, vindicator, and Bob's mythic daggers are all quest rewards. If you don't have the items for the morph set you can buy some on the trade market for quite cheap.
Put some T4 powders on bob's mythic dagger if you have any, I suggest water powders but it doesn't matter much which you do.

The build is made to have some good combat ability but also alot of XP bonus.

If you already got those quest rewards but threw them out or want something else, alternatives are:
Zawad Jed (dagger), Penance (helmet), and Back-up plan (bracelet)
