    I assume you both got the free chicken pet from the Wynncraft store? If so, remember that online store purchases usually take some time to take effect; though, if you've been waiting for more than 24 hours or so, something may be wrong. You could try joining the server and trying /class a few times, as that is the go-to method for solving most Wynncraft malfunctions.

    If you've waited more than 24 hours and /class does not help, I would suggest emailing the Wynncraft support team at [email protected]
