I've heard there are still some players still struggle with the boss fight, hopefully this will help and possibly make your run smoother and easier.
One of the most important things is the party line-up, and how do they interact with one another.
For example, If you are trying to boost your team's dps with Hero (warrior build), then your party would have to limit the overall healing power, to ensure Hero's major ID activates as long as possible.
Or let's say your team has toxoplasmosis, then your healer would have to avoid using KoH or anything with poison dmg. Because of one simple game mechanic, multiple poison ticks do not stack, only the first one will register. In this case, if the KoH user were to touch the boss at all, toxo's poison dmg might get completely nullified.
Here are some of my recommendations if you are running the raid for the first time or if your teammates aren't that familiar with the raid:
Having two or more dps class picking def/hp oriented buff, and one healing or tank class getting the guardian major ID (intrepid I) unless they use guard.
For class with AoE attacks (like bomb arrows & shaman melee), try to hit multiple parts of the boss at the same time. For example, at phase 2 archers can hit arrow bombs right around the center and dmging all 3 parts. while arrow-storming the mouth.
I'd like to say offense is the best defense, this concept goes here, b/c if you were to kill the mouth quick enough, pesky minons spawn rate will be reduced, giving your team a much higher chance of survival.
Remember always do the core before you finish both eyes, that's gonna prevent the boss fight from breraking.
At phase 3, I would recommend your party to jump off once teleported, so that you can start from Cerebellum, and work your way to the mouth. if your team is experienced yall split up and do both ears at the same time, if not just stick together, as long as the chosen players are alive, you'll be able to finish the raid.

there's a glitch rn where KoH's negative dmg would actually heal the mob.
So if he were to hit the colossus, it would regen millions of heatlh.

Talking about taking the game to an extreme...

 

What recipe are you using for your crafted bow? I'm trying to do some testing with crafted weapons.

 

A mix of powders + dura ing, i could show you in game if you would like

If you mean how they did so fast, then: In Hotfix #6, Cow man buffed Str, Dex stuff, and people could do hundreds of thousands of dmg in a hit.

 

who knows, i could have been asking about how those bows were made :p

 

just so yall know, I did a run prior to patch 6, also No Pot and it was less than 2 mnis and half.
the str/dex change may be good but only boosts the overall efficiency by roughly 30 sec, including the lag + animation time.
the key to speedrun these kinds of boss is still the playstyle + experience
