Hotfix 1.20.0 - Hotfix #6

In today's hotfix, we're making some fairly meaningful changes to guild wars.

Hotfix #6:

Guilds:
- Reduced Tower Upgrade prices
- Guilds can not longer attack a territory using their own emeralds. Instead here's how it will work:

- If a Guild has no territories, they can attack a single territory at a time for free.
- Once a Guild has a territory, they can only attack using their HQ emeralds. The price will change based on how many territories they own:
1 territory: 256e
2 territories: 768e
3 territories: 2048e
4+ territories: 4096e
(Note that if the guild you're attacking is losing a lot of territories really fast, the price may be higher. Queue-ed up wars also will count for the price increase)​

- Territories cannot be attacked for 10 minutes after being taken
- Guilds cannot transfer territories anymore unless they have 4 or more of them
- After joining a Guild, you will not be able to war until 3 days has passed
- Attacking a territory will not make you pay tax on any other territory the Guild you're attacking may own
A small note on that: Putting 80% tax on all of your territories may not be the best strategy. If another guild was to decrease their tax rate, all active trade routes set on "Cheapest" would switch to them
- Leaving a Guild doesn't cost Soul Points anymore
- Fixed a bug where "Upcoming Attacks" scoreboard would sometimes disappear
- Fixed a visual bug on guild logs when finding a tome

Others:
- Added /stream command. This will enable streamer mode, hiding every player but friends/party/guild members. Everybody has access to this command.
- Added new login messages. They will tell new players about the /kill command and other useful info.
- Strength and dexterity will now affect the overall damage instead of the base damage. They will also work together and compound their damage bonus. Some item nerfs may come soon as this change will surely increase the power of many builds.
- Fixed an abusable bug where you could transfer an item's IDs to another item by quickly switching between them
- Tomes can now be sold to Blacksmiths
- Creating a buy offer on the Trade Market will now let you search the entire list of items in the game like before.
- Improved Price Check wording to be a little more clear
- Fixed a bug where Tomes could not be used by Craftsman players
- Fixed a housing bug where paintings would not be saved
- Various lag fixes

The patch will be live to every server within 7 hours or so of this post.

We will also push more fixes to the HERO beta tonight for the Orphion's Nexus of Light raid. It will be posted in this section. Keep an eye on it and help us out later by testing it some more! See y'all next time for another update!
