Mage/Dark Wizard Help How Can I Make My Build Better

So I'm pretty new to creating builds and have just been going with what I get. But I recently started finding good builds to start fighting stronger bosses. I have a hard time finding good builds because a lot of the high dmg builds either not tanky enough, have mythics/crafteds, or they have negative ls (which I hate if it has a decent attack speed)

so tldr reqs are:
- spellspam
- ~12,500 hp
- no mythics/crafteds
- no negative life steal (maybe unless its a really slow attack speed weapon but preferably no)
- at least 16.5k meteors

Keep in mind that EHP is the meaningful measure of survivability, not just HP.
