Why All The Elevators?

    Before 1.20, as far as I'm aware, the only place that had a proper elevator was corkus. Now, everywhere and their mother has an elevator! (letavus airbase, asmhord, aldori, probably more...) How did they get this tech and why is it spreading everywhere?

    but... llevigar is clearly powered by electricity (of some sort) because of the Heart of Llevigar quest, jump pads just sound really... random. at least more random than elevators (like imagine a citizen using jump pads to navigate the town, that would be kinda weird)

    where in pirate cove are there elevators?

    I thought all the elevators before 1.20 were Mesa Canyon to Mesa Upper, Molten Caverns to Molten Heights, Sky Islands to Void, and the one in Corkus City.

    decided not to count these as there more of a pully, not like the new ones

    You sure? I've never seen it until now (keep in mind I'm talking about the corkus style elevators with a "calling system" and floating buttons.

    would be cool if every town got an airbase , the ones i would like would be Llgiver and troms , troms is a pain in the butt to get to if your in gavel if you dont have a mass supply of scrolls

    Can’t stop the evolution of technology. I’m pretty sure Eltom too has the ’call’ type of elevator down the right path from the mayor’s office. (How they secretly ordered, shipped, and installed an elevator in a ’secret’ town must have been pretty interesting)
