How To Find Accessibility Settings In Wynntils? (nevermind I'm Stupid)

    When playing vanilla I always have toggle sprint on, which is found under accessibility settings. But for whatever reason, I can't find the accessibility settings anywhere when I have Forge with Wynntils open. Has Wynntils blocked access to these settings, or am I just dumb and they've been moved?

    If Wynntils has blocked accessibility settings, that's pretty crummy. I don't need toggle sprint, it's just a convenience for me, but it's pretty lame to block out vanilla control options that a lot of people use.

    I think that accessibility options aren’t a thing for 1.12.2, they were introduced later.
