SPOILER Why Does Dern Get Cool Name?

    Why does Dern get to have a cool name while Orphion's realm is literally just called Realm of Light? Why doesn't RoL get to have a cool and unique name while the evil bois get to have a dank name?

    Just because RoL is kinda lame and its funny and dern and the RoL why dont we name it nerd? Nerd is an anagram of dern and lari is dumb as fuck which makes it eve funnier.

    Always wondered the same thing, like does RoL have a proper name? like the realm of dark is named dern but what about the realm of light?

    It's compensated by the fact that we call the light beat "Orphion" and the dern beast "The Dern Beast".

    We will probably get a true name for TDB in the future though, in fact when you start the Orphion bossfight in ONoL you see ''Orphion (in gavellian), beast of light'' flash on the screen. For a split second, it says beast of dark. I had a theory that if you translate the Gavellian it'd actually say the Dern Beast's name but I'm pretty sure it still just says Orphion. Might be worth looking into though.

    RoL might get a cool name in the future

    Yeah it'll probably get a name. I think I heard someone refer to the Dern Beast as Succoru once, after the parasites from the old Realm of Light quest, which I think is a pretty badass name.

    This is after decay, where instead of it falling apart, it turns into an old amusement park full of copyright-infringing rides (Grians dick and ballscoaster). therefore becoming orphionland

    Actually, the realm of light’s name literally is Orphion, as Orphion is the realm of light. I feel like this gets confused a lot. There is also a thing called the realm of darkness, which everyone calls Dern, because Dern is the realm of darkness.

    You got the Gavel Part right, but you didn't exactly get Wynn or Dern.

    For Wynn it's:
    Wynn - Realm of War (It doesn't have a beast, Bak'al is just a human that got corrupted and serves the Dern Beast)

    And for Dern it's:
    Silent Expanse - Realm of Darkness/Dern - Dern Beast

    A quote from realm of light IV when the tree is talking. If the realm of light is the beast and the beast's name is orphion then the realm of light is Orphion.
