Does The Teleport Cost Id Matter On Warp?

basically the title, if I were to try rolling for a good warp, does the tp cost matter

 

yes and no. For example. if you have 127 tp cost, you can tp around 127 times before mana cost catches up. (aka tp will start to cost 2 mana then 3 until it's too much to manage). If you get a lower roll of 90, then you can tp about 90 times at a low mana cost. From a lootrunners prospective, tp cost doesn't matter, mana regen, hpr and ws are the main factors.
