    Hi you all, I'm Hams and I'm the new Wynncraft Community Manager!

    I will start by saying a few things about my journey here so far, i have been part of the staff for about 7 years now, i first started as a builder during the making of gavel and i have been managing the builders for a little over 3 years now, I have also been part of the support team for a year or so, I’m very happy to start on a new role in this community!

    My role as a Community Manager will be to link the Content team with you in a more prominent manner, I will be your link to the team and get through all the important information that I think the team should know or be aware of so we can make changes if necessary and likewise, to be more upfront with the community about changes to Wynncraft. I cannot guarantee that each and every suggestion will be added to the game of course!
    You can come to me for anything, you can also make a thread in the suggestions and feedback sections of the forums (which is read on a daily basis by a lot of staff and admins), I'm also on discord and i’ll be there to answer you if necessary.

    For anything related to billing, make sure to send an email to [email protected] though, otherwise it might get lost in the sea of messages.

    I will try to communicate promptly with you of any major issues or bugs we may be experiencing or any meaningful piece of information I think you will need to know about.

    It will take some time for me to adjust and find the right place where I am the most useful in this position, but I hope to be able to help you guys in any way possible and bridge the gap to help improve communication between the CT and the community.
