Mage/Dark Wizard Help With My Armor/weapons Would Be Appreciated

Hi,
I'm a level 81 mage as of currently, and I'm wondering what armor I should go for. Advice on weapons and accessories would also be appreciated. I'm currently in full Champion armor from ToA, with a Ring of Generosity, a Concentration, a tear of Pirate Cove, and a Royal Stormy Amulet. I'm also using a Etheral as a main weapon and a Ohonte Kerhite as a healing staff.
I'm going for a high mana regen, high intelligence build. However, all of the guides online are for higher levels, and I'm no class builder. I would appreciate some advice on what to go for. Thanks!

Some more information:
Current mana regen: 8/4s, 10/4s when holding Etheral
Current health: 7662
Skill point stats: 15 str, 0 dex, 100 (103 with item bonuses) int, 45 def, 0 agility
I have 24 ish LE in the bank from questing and am open to gear slightly above my level.

 

UPDATE: Am now level 82 if that changes anything.

 

thats basically good in all honesty, only thing i'd recommend getting is a Dragon's Eye bracelet to make your meteors a bit cheaper

 

you can use that until lvl88 and change for morph + third eye + etheral (change for nepta in lvl93)
