I don't find that full glass cannon builds are very viable, esp in raids, so I went for good damage but still survivable.

I used cancer bc tons of sp and health, and Hobo had asked for at least a semi-tanky build. I just posted a 15.5k meteor spellsteal, since he can't use hive items, so I found that going spellsteal was much more viable.
Here's a less tanky near-16k meteor The Nothing.

Can swap Ghydro necklace to kernel for a negligible amount of damage. While not completely necessary for optimal meteor-snake cycling, 5/4 mr leaves room for faster cycling, imperfect play, and mid-cycle healing.

but i forgot to mention no legendary island items, is there a chance you could the diamond hydro ring and the diamond hydro necklace

 

yeah, you have a couple options. if you're fine losing a bit of damage you can swap rings to black catalyst (both of them) and necklace to contrast, and assign to 105 int, if you cycle with heal. you could also go mpc and amanuensis for 129 int, but you still lose a bit of mr. suppression is a bit of a nuclear option to use here, because i really don't think you need the mana that much, but it's still on the table. royal stormy amulet exists too but i don't think it would be great here.

Get the highest jump height (and ws too, but idk lol) you can, with decent fighting capabilities

Restrictions: No olympic!!!! (or mythics in general lol)
Preferences: like i said before, get the highest jump height you can with decent dmg

 

Mr is 7/4, aura cost is +32% and uproot cost is +73%

 

hi i'm not sure what split you wanted on jump height vs damage vs tankiness so i leaned a bit more into tankiness and damage. feel free to request for more jump height if you want (has 8 as of now)

i went shaman melee because a) it's easier to build with jump height accommodation and
b) being able to get above your target offers a really cool playstyle, where you will likely be able to hit more beams while still being fairly safe
