Refund Request

So I joined the server for the first time in years because my friend recently got a PC and wanted to play on some servers. I knew about the free monthly crate so I went to go claim mine, but while I did mine I figured I would do him a favor and do it for him as well. So I also wanted to get the hero rank while I was playing and I continued to purchase it forgetting the website was still considering his account to be the one I was using. So I bought it and I realized immediately that I had done it for him as I got an email and he got an alert a minute or two later. I was wondering if I could have this refunded, My IGN is Tapet and the player I bought it for is danielaugustusl. I can provide any further details in a private conversations or in responses to the thread. I hope we can work this issue out.
