White And Black Outlines On Blocks?

    Any idea how to fix this? getting white outlines on blocks during day time at night they turn black. as i get closer it disappears.

    Im playing on 1.12.2 and it still does it in just 1.12. i noticed today it does it in 1.8.9 on hypixel so it's something to do with my settings but idk how to fix it..

    This is no longer needed now, i managed to find a fix.
