    Any weapons I should at that level and on a off note should I use melee or spellcasting. Rn I'm use thunder melee

    Reaper of soul. Stack with marius' prison/blasphemy and other life and mana steal items. Have fun because you can literally get to level 60 or 70 with a spellsteal build for some reason, it'll hold you over for a long enough time to get champion set
