Assassin/Ninja Help 1.20 Exploited Build

I used a cancelstack build back in 1.19 but that’s kinda dead now. I don’t care about play style or elements. The build can’t use crafteds or mythics

Incredibly tanky one, assign defensive sp however you'd like, the stealing necklace gets so much durability from Stolen Pearls that you can pretty much make it for any level with t1 ingredients and it will still last practically forever

 

is there a build that can pack a bit more of a punch?

And let me guess, exploited is only viable in cancelstack? The second one I will probably use if I get a godly struggle.

 

Eh pretty much, rawstack is mostly just worse cancelstack in this context and spell-steal is largely out of the question unless you like to deal damage. Back when you could shaggy/darkiron cancelstack it got pretty good damage but with all of the items involved in that combo being nerfed it's mostly low damage.

Could someone explain to me what cancel stack is?

 

cancelstack is where you take an item with low -attack tiers and melee damage such as writhing growth or 1.19’s Shaggy boots. Then you take items that give +attack tiers to cancel out the melee damage items negative tiers. Giving you a super fast weapon that can deal 4K+ damage a hit.

 

Ok so it’s like tier stacking?

 

yeah kinda. The weapon you start with needs to have a super fast attack speed though. It’s also been obliterated in 1.20 because it used to be super op.

 

Ohh wait so you take a weapon that already is super fast but then you mix in armor that has high raw damage but decreases attack speed and armor that increases attack speed so that it cancels?

 

yep. I had a build using this trick last update that had like 150 hpr, 29k dps, 19k hp, and greed. All without using a mythic or crafted.

 

Well holy damn that’s impressive does it still work in 1.20? Also only for assassins?

 

no, cancelstack got nerfed in 1.20. It was doable with any class (that dps was without vanish) but getting the greed was done with the exploited to make it easier
