Disabling Hunted

Hi, I created a Hunted & Hardcore Knight class a few days ago which is now level 99. After realizing in Corrupted Dungeons that

1) Party Members cannot buff or heal me
2) I drop increased items upon PvE deaths (which is part of Hunted mode)
3) I can't duel anyone ever
4) People who aren't in Hunted can still indirectly kill me and get a hold of my items using PvE mechanics

I really really want to disable Hunted mode. For me it seems strange that Hunted mode, a mode which is all about the PvP experience, increases your item drop rate when you die in PvE environments. To support how this is very bad I have an example that happened to me yesterday: I was running CUR with a group with my XP set on in Hunted. I was in a party with everyone so no one could kill me theoretically. What I came to know though, is that me running with my glassy XP set was the perfect chance for anyone, either in Hunted or not, to get a hold of my loot. What a guy in the party did while I was hiding in the entrance to the 4 pillar room was lead a few Explosive Slimes right to me. He then let them explode close to me and due to the item drop rate upon PvE deaths, right there, I lost half my XP set to him. This person was not even in Hunted mode, and I was at 15/15 Soul Points.

Can anyone help me disable Hunted mode?

The hunted gamemode cannot be turned off ever. Also the item drop thing is because of hardcore mostly because that’s a one death and you lose system. Besides most of hunters issues come from the terrible pvp balancing. (Mainly toxoplasmosis)
