Archer/Hunter Improve My Build

i use: Cumulonibus, gales freedom, elder oak roots, capricorn, moon pool circlet, Draoi fair, Vanguard and Bottled thunderstorm with gales force, torrential tide and cluser as bows

(im bad at making builds)
can sb tell me how to improve?

 

Well that looks kind of like an ETWA build (Earth, Thunder, Water, Air). Your build does low damage, has little mana regen, and not super great Survivability though.

There’s quite a few ways you can go about building around Gale’s Force and it depends on what you prefer.

Do you want a build that is spell spammy and does a lot of damage but is very glassy (easy to kill but uses high agility to try and survive)?

Do you want a build that does decent damage and uses lifesteal as a way to stay alive?

Do you want a build with somewhat low damage and health regen as a way to stay alive?

There’s also the question on if you want to multi-wield or not. If you want to multi-wield Gale’s, Ttide, and Cluster, then glass spell spam is probably the way to go.

Lastly, do you have any restrictions such as no Master Hive, No LI, etc?

 

I currently havent beaten LI but the rest is fine (I beat qira and did the lvl 103 quest)
and i think id prefer the spell spam glass build ... sounds fun =)

Here’s a glass build ig.
11.4K bombs, 28k storms, 9/4 mana regen
Make sure that when using this build, you dump enough skill points in intelligence so you reach 129 intelligence for 2 mana storms, 1 mana escapes, 2 mana bombs, and 3 mana shields. The build becomes less functional if you don’t input your skill points correctly (your spell costs will be a lot worse). For reference as to why you want 129 intel, look at archer mana tables.
I also put enough skill points so you reach 65 dexterity so you can wield Cluster. The build supports Gale’s Force, Torrential Tide, Cluster, and Return to Ether. You can dump the rest of the skill points wherever you want (probably dex for more crits or agility for more dodging chance, your preference).

The main problem with this build is that it’s very dependent on you getting 3/4 mana regen on The Courier’s Cape, The Ephemeral, and Capricorn. You could swap Yang for Moon Pool Circlet to alleviate this problem since Moon Pool gives 2/4 mana regen. You could even swap Bottled Thunderstorm for Royal Stormy Amulet since Royal Stormy gives 1/4 mana regen.

Mana regen is arguably the most important id of The Courier’s Cape, The Ephemeral, and Capricorn so when buying those, prioritize getting max mana regen.

Spell Damage % is the most important id of Yang and Cumulonimbus. It’s also arguably the second most important id of The Ephemeral and Capricorn.

I would say wait for other’s inputs on other alternatives for glass builds so you can see a wider variety of builds you can choose from.

Edit: Stratosphere would probably be better than The Courier’s Cape although you’d have to deal with jump boost id. Maybe that would be more fun idk.
