Any Good Grind Spots For A Lvl 42 Shaman

One of the Caves when you get into Troms, will be a bit tough but you're set to grind from 45 ish on, 42 should work with the huge damage the totem can deal

(here a pic of me being there with mob totems:)

 

You can go to the Ice Wraith ruins near the entrance to the Ice Canyon (I'm not sure if they removed it or not), or the more popular option, the spider area near Llevigar

in fact this particular cave is my favourite, check coords from the totem in chat, always grinded in it back in '14

cuz theres a upper and lower level, whenever you clear one the other is fully respawned - and with a mob totem you can grind all spawns pretty much on a 10 second cycle

 

So i farmed a bit tonight
