I Just Afked My Inventory Away

Lost all my accessories and Ultramarine armor

What do I even do? I cannot grind out anything or go anywhere because I am stuck in a spawn where mobs insta kill me

next time make sure you're in a very safe place (like the second floor of a building in a city) when afking, or just do /class

Assuming you still have some money stored in your bank, you could always buy new stuff from the trade market

 

I am sure I can get very far in the Trade Market with 1 LE.
Also yes I learned my lesson.
I am just looking for a way to get out of this insta kill cycle and get some items because it is impossible to grind mobs without weapons or armor

well, what's your level? if you're around maybe level 60-70 1 le should be enough to buy you a cheap set of armor accessories and weapons. At later levels, you might still be able to find something, I've seen many pieces of endgame gear sold for only a few eb (although they exactly don't have the best rolls)
