what stats should i be looking for when identifying them?

 

for demon tide you want high spell and ele damage and the spell costs have to meet a certain threshold for them to do anything. Idk about cardiac arrest, i dont think its very good because its etw

 

Cardiac arrest is probably gonna be mostly third and fourth spell costs, spell damage and raw hpr. I'm basing that purely on the facts that second spell cost is usually a bit less important than damage focused spells, poison is nice but not the main point of the item and % hpr is usually less impactful in situations like this.
