Archer/Hunter How To Improve This Cluster Build?

This build was not created by me but i use gold hydro necklace since i cannot solo LI.

Skill point distribution:

Str:0 / Dex:90 / Intel:95 / Def:95 / Agi:0

 

looks like an old build, you can update it to 1.20 by abusing spell cost reduction
shadow cover patches eledefs but sinks damage a bit

tenuto would be standard on the necklace slot here but i forgo it with this in mind. some item choices are a bit pricey but none of the rolls (not even ddance's mr) impact its functionality; pick up mediocre versions of them if you can't afford good ones.

I have tried black catalysts but they did not give a (2/1) set bonus when i wear two of them , it that a bug?

 

it's probably a visual bug; check that your spells cost 1 mana each at 105int.

 

i checked it . It is not only a visual bug , my MR drops from 3/4 to 1/4 when i switch my rings to double black catalyst
and my Intel drops from 95 to 92

 

The set bonus for black catalyst changed, it no longer gives 2mr or whatever it gave, it reduces 1st and 3rd spell costs by 1

 

what is the new set bonus?
