Shaman/Skyseer I'm Level 38 And I Need Better Armor, For Somewhat Cheap

So I have some O.K. armour for my level, but I think I need something more, so I can do things like sand-swept with my friends, who are a bit under levelled, to carry them, any suggestions? (The website isn't working so I have: Neolithic helmet, Rotten Chestplate, Sandstone Leggings, Adigard's snowshoes, First steps ring, Perfect Vindicator bracelet, Witherhead's necklace, and a Cruel sun 66% as my weapon)

I've got more health than that, sorry, but also thanks. I am looking for health mostly, though thanks for the Ebb and Flow suggestion, I'll be sure to look into it!
